Greetings Friends,

Spring has sprung and that means it’s time for a new Hope Springs adventure! Wedding Cake is the fifth installment in the series and includes a few interesting marriages, with at least one surprise! I hope you enjoy this new book and that it puts you in mind of the happy weddings you’ve participated in.

Bob and I were married in the Rose Garden in Berkeley, California, in 1988 surrounded by loving friends and lots of beautiful flowers. It was a short service but a lovely event in which our promises to each other were made and honored in a setting that was truly magical.

As a minister, I’ve had the opportunity to celebrate lots of weddings. The church affairs are traditional and lovely; but I have found that I prefer the outdoor weddings.
